ABC Kit (Blank Certificate):
This Kit includes everything needed to host an ASP Basic Certification class: ASP Basic Certification Training Manual, Information Test Sheet with Answer Key, Certificate, Certification ID Card (you will receive a voucher to use after the class is completed), Lapel Pin, Mouth Guard and Training Critique.
ABC Kit (Printed Certificate):
ASP will print the name of the certified officer on the Certificate for an additional charge. Be sure to select the Certificate or Kit that indicates a printed certificate in the drop down above. Please list the name of each certified officer in the notes section at checkout. The certification date and training location can also be printed on the Certificate. We need to know the city, state and training date so please include that in your order notes or email [email protected].
*The following guidelines must be followed when sanctioning a training program with Armament Systems and Procedures:
- This order form must be submitted to ASP at least two weeks prior to the proposed training date.
- All sanctioned Seminars must include the phrase, “This Seminar Is Sanctioned by Armament Systems and Procedures.”
- There is no Sanction Fee required to conduct a training program.
- The participant fee covers the cost of training kits.
- Training registration fees are left to the discretion of the sponsoring agency.
